  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy

  • Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tivy, our users, or the public

  • Phone numbers from your device contacts may be used to send SMS invitations to people you select. These numbers are used solely to deliver the invitation and are not stored or used for any other purpose.

  • Mobile phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted third-party database provider. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the app's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes or to resolve disputes.
